Analyze

Our account team will work with you to get a in-depth understanding of the requirement and create a precise job description. We believe this first phase is critical to get the right search criteria for the recruitment team.

Research

With an intimate knowledge of the requirement we use our proprietary process to identify resources and create a shortlist.

We use our active presence in resource networks to throw a wide net. While we use job boards and social media we are not limited to them. We are in constant contact with the brightest and best professionals who may not be actively looking but are open to entertaining the right offer.

Evaluate and Vet

We spend a lot of time in weeding out resumes that do not align precisely with your need. Once the shortlist is created we use our panel of techno-functional interviewers with the domain knowledge to vet and further pare down the list. All candidates go through an extensive soft skill evaluation as well.

Present

Upon completion of our internal process, we provide you a detailed list of candidates, as well as guidance on next steps. The candidates we present should have the technical and functional proficiencies as close to your requirement as possible.

Follow up and negotiate

We understand that this is a delicate phase and we work with you and the candidate to address any gaps. We try to be as impartial and open as possible to be fair to both sides.
